Yes. All tradies must upload valid certifications, licenses, tickets (e.g., White Card, trade licenses), and insurance. This keeps the platform safe and ensures you get matched to jobs you're qualified for
You negotiate payment terms directly with the builder. Payment happens between you and the builder—Nomad Tradie doesn't take a cut or handle payments. There is an option for the shift costs to be held securely in escrow until both parties have accepted the timesheet.
If a builder cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, they may be charged a cancellation fee (depending on cancellation terms). We track cancellations to protect Tradies from unreliable builders
Yes. You set your own rates in your profile (we provide recommended margins). Builders see your rate when they review your profile, and you negotiate final terms before accepting the job
